In 2023, I resumed my studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Carrara to complete the course that had been put on hold since 2009. I successfully defended my thesis titled “BRAINWAVE EXTENSION. Neural Interfaces as an Extension in Artistic Practice” and took part in the National Arts Award, an annual event sponsored by the Ministry of University and Research (MUR) as part of initiatives supporting Higher Artistic, Musical, and Choreographic Education (AFAM) and held in Carrara, winning the Electronic Art category with the project Lucid Dream.

The exhibition of selected projects is hosted in three historical buildings in Carrara: Palazzo Cybo-Malaspina, the venue of the Academy, Palazzo Del Medico, and Palazzo Binelli from December 1, 2023, to January 14, 2024.

The Lucid Dream project was presented as an interactive piece during the PNA days, and as a video installation for the remaining duration of the exhibition.
